Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if:

• The item is unworn and in original condition

• Tags and packaging are intact

To start a return, email us at stretzthe@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the item. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

No refunds for worn items or late returns.
